When will I receive my order?
The current availability of each variant is listed for each product. Choose the desired color, size and see if it is in stock. In-stock items ordered before 10:00 a.m. are sent by carrier on the same day.
When the product is not in stock and we have it scheduled in production, the current date in which we are able to sew the product will be displayed.
Products that are not in stock and not planned for production cannot currently be ordered.
What is the status of my order?
Log in to your account on our website. There in the orders tab you will see the current status of each order.
To log in, you must use the email you entered with the order. You will receive the login password to the specified email.

Do you offer free shipping?
The shipping price depends on the number of items ordered, the selected carrier, the total weight and the total value of the shipment. Therefore, you will always get an exact calculation of the shipping price at the checkout before completing your order.
What are the delivery dates of the carriers?
You will receive the shipment 2-4 days after it is sent.

The order can be paid by credit card.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
We apologize to all decent customers, but we have been forced to cancel cash on delivery due to the rampant problem of uncollected shipments.

How to withdraw from the contract?
We guarantee the possibility of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Until when can I return the goods?
Goods can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The return option does not apply to products whose size has been adjusted at the request of the buyer.
Do you offer local return address?
In Poland and Hungary we can offer return address. Its external service for return fee 5€. For details contact our customer service.
How to report a product return online
Use the simplified return procedure:
- log in to your account on our website - use the email from your order, you will receive the login password to this email
- in the order tab, select the order you want to return
- click on "request a return" and select the products you want to return
- instructions for the return you will receive to your email

How to proceed when exchanging a product?
The size doesn't suit you, the cut doesn't fit? The purchased product can be exchanged for another one. You can find instructions on how to proceed when exchanging the product here.
Customizing product size

I want to customize the size. How to do it?
- On the product pages, check whether the selected product can be customized. Due to limited capacities, this service is only available for selected products.
- Order the product in our ready-to-wear size, which according to the dimensions will fit you best.
- Carefully measure how many cm you need to shorten or lengthen the size.
- Make arrangements with our customer department to return the product and adjustment of dimensions.
A customized product can no longer be returned. We therefore ask you to precisely specify your request for adjustment.
We sew our clothes in a looser cut and therefore it is advisable to try the product first in our standard size. You will find out how the cut fits you, whether the material and color of the product suit you.
What dimensions are you able to customize?
We adjust following dimensions:
- extending or shortening the length of dresses, skirts and trousers
- adjusting the length of the slit
How long does it take to customize the size?
The adjustment of the size is dependent on the current utilization of our capacities. We need at least 3 weeks, but in the high season (May - August) the dates are extended to 5-9 weeks.
Why are we so slow? - because we sell "slow fashion" and our loyal customers want more from us than we can handle. Thank you very much for your patience.
Can I return the adjusted size?
Clothing tailored to your requirements cannot be returned. Therefore, pay enough attention to properly measuring and specifying the adjustments you want to make.

How to proceed with a complaint?
To claim goods within the warranty period, proceed as follows:
- inform our customer department by email
- send the product back to our warehouse: Lotika, Krkonošská 479, 509 01 Nová Paka
- please include clear identification in the shipment - your name and order number.
- you will receive a statement on the complaint from us within 30 days

When will I receive my money for the returned shipment?
When withdrawing from the contract, we will return the money back to your credit card. You will receive the money within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.
